Taylor brings more than 20 years of experience in the landscape and service industry, with a strong background in operations, leadership, and building high-performing teams. Throughout his career, Taylor has led multi-location organizations and developed systems focused on accountability, safety, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

As Vice President of Maintenance, Taylor strengthens the consistency, communication, and proactive service that our clients experience across Agave’s maintenance operations. His leadership supports our teams in delivering reliable results while continuing to improve the systems and standards behind the work we do every day.

Taylor is also an ISA Certified Arborist, Certified Irrigation Auditor, and licensed Arizona pesticide applicator, bringing additional technical expertise to his leadership role.
